very good at his job . I had gotten home and my keys broke in half. I called maybe also 9pm and he said he’d be there in 20 mins. He came andworked his magic and in less than a hour I had my new key ready to go. I’d for sure use them again and the service was veryefficient . I wish is could give 10 stars

Amazing & Carlos makes you feelso Comfortable & at Ease with the situation. We feel so stupid for locking ourselves out of our home! Carlos said no problem..happens all the time. We've used them before for our company & twice for our home. Our screen door was locked & we exited out of the garage without a garage door opener in the vehicle we took out fishing. 9 pm on a Sunday night.. No Problem! Was there in 15 minutes! In the house in less than 10 minutes!! Wehighly recommend Locksmith Lion as they have Always come thru for us with No safety issues at all.Thank You For Making Feel Like It's All Ok!!☺️

We couldn’t have been
happier with their service andhighly recommend ! We misplaced a lock for our condo’s slider which we had removed when we installed a cat flap panel. Years went by and now we needed to remove the cat flap and reinstall the lock. Of course we had no idea where it was. We called one locksmith and made an appointment for someone to come take a look at it. The time came and went and finally the technician called to say he was running late but he’d be there in 20 minutes. It then he still didn’t come. By 7:30 PM we gave up. The next day we called him back. Same thing happened. He called. Said he was running late but again he didn’t show up. We gave up on them. So we called Locksmith Lion. Marianna, who answered the phone, was delightful and so eager to help us. She had a technician there the next day who measured and ordered the part. The day the part came in, we got a call and they sent Raul out to do the installation that same day. He came a little earlier than expected and we werethrilled . He was polite,professional andfriendly . He replaced the lock quickly. He even lubricated our other sliders at no extra charge. And he gave us a recommendation on which lubricant to buy in the future for our locks and sliders.
